Art Sieders		We are looking for a programmer who can build the following: Site for on-line learning. Customers (students) pay an annual fee for twelve months of unlimited password protected access to download courses/modules in pdf format files. After the customers have studied the texts they take an on-line multiple choice examination of eight questions. The results of the tests are not disclosed. The student is given a score only 75% pass mark is needed The student is informed of whether they pass or fail. Passing generates a certificate and a credit of one hour of study to the students account of course credits. The site should accept customer registrations and store them for later retrieval, including exam and test results. The site can accept credit card payment over a secure connection (https) and feed them to a bank or store them for retrieval. (We have a contract with the bank for manual credit card processing). The students pay once only and in full by credit card - this gives 365 days of unlimited access to the site. The software will send a renewal reminder after 11 months then after two more weeks. The website will cut off access to the student if they do not renew.
